Nomavaa มีรูปแบบการเก็บค่าบริการ 2 แบบ ขึ้นอยู่กับแพ็กเกจการบริการที่เลือกใช้
1. แพ็กเกจ Standard Service: ใช้กับเจ้าของที่พักทุกราย
2. แพ็กเกจ Full Service: ใช้เฉพาะกับเจ้าของที่พักที่ต้องการให้ Nomavaa ช่วยดูแลที่พักเพิ่มเติม
แพ็กเกจ Full Service เป็นบริการเสริมสำหรับเจ้าของที่พักที่ประสงค์ให้ Nomavaa ช่วยดูแลที่พัก โดยการให้บริการขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่ตั้งของที่พัก ความพร้อมของทีมงาน และการพิจารณายืนยันของ Nomavaa เป็นรายกรณี ทั้งนี้ ขอบเขตและรายละเอียดการให้บริการจะตกลงกับเจ้าของที่พักก่อนเริ่มให้บริการ
หมายเหตุ: ค่าบริการแพ็กเกจ Full Service ไม่รวมค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริงจากการดูแลที่พัก เช่น ค่าทำความสะอาด ค่าซ่อมแซม ค่าวัสดุ และค่าอะไหล่ โดย Nomavaa จะแจ้งรายละเอียดและค่าใช้จ่ายโดยประมาณให้เจ้าของที่พักทราบเพื่อขออนุมัติก่อนดำเนินการ
เจ้าของที่พักจะถูกเรียกเก็บค่าบริการเฉพาะสำหรับการจองที่ได้รับการยืนยันผ่าน Nomavaa โดยค่าบริการจะคำนวณและหักจากยอดเงินที่ต้องจ่ายให้แก่เจ้าของที่พักตาม ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข และ นโยบายการจ่ายเงินให้เจ้าของที่พัก
ไม่มีการเรียกเก็บค่าบริการล่วงหน้าจากเจ้าของที่พัก
“ค่าเช่าทั้งหมด” หมายถึง ค่าเช่าตลอดระยะเวลาการเช่าตามรายละเอียดการจองและสัญญาเช่า โดยไม่รวมเงินประกัน ค่าทำความสะอาด ค่าสาธารณูปโภค และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น

Nomavaa offers two Service Fee structures, depending on the selected service package:
1. Standard Service Package: Applicable to all Landlords.
2. Full Service Package: Available only to Landlords who require additional Property-management assistance from Nomavaa.
The Full Service Package is an optional service for Landlords who would like Nomavaa to provide additional assistance with managing their Property. Availability depends on the location of the Property, team availability, and Nomavaa’s confirmation on a case-by-case basis. The scope and details of the services will be agreed with the Landlord before the services begin.
Note: The Full Service Package fee does not include actual expenses incurred in managing the Property, such as cleaning costs, repair costs, materials, and replacement parts. Nomavaa will provide the Landlord with details and estimated costs for approval before proceeding.
Landlords will be charged a Service Fee only for a Confirmed Booking made through Nomavaa. The Service Fee will be calculated and deducted from the amount payable to the Landlord in accordance with the Terms and the Landlord Payout Policy.
No upfront Service Fee is charged to Landlords.
“Total Rent” means the Rent payable throughout the Rental Period in accordance with the Booking details and the Lease Agreement, excluding the Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee, utilities, and other costs.
